Another 5K done tonight :)
I began Week 6 with a 5 minute run, an 8 minute,
and finished with a 5 minute run.
I started bad and ended bad. I guess I ate to much baked chicken for dinner, because I felt sluggish the whole time. My left hip is hurting and my right calf is hurting. I made a pretty funny site trying to limp on both legs. Haha. The last couple of times I ran, I drank coffee before, and I did not this time. I am not sure if this had something to do with it, but I will try to drink coffee first from now on. I just had no energy. On Wednesday, I am to run 10 minutes, walk 3 minutes, and run the last 10 minutes. I am still in love with running. :) I can't wait to run this first 5K, so I can move on to more of an intense training schedule for a half-marathon! :)
