I started Week 7 tonight! I decided to let my hubby run with again. :) This time I brought along my new headphones. I loved them! They sit right on my ears and did not bother me at all! They also have a volume control on the cord, so I could turn it down when he was running next to me and turn it up when he ran ahead! It was great! The music definitely kept me going the whole time. :) My right lower leg still hurts, but it's not quit as bad. Week 7 calls for 25 min. runs, but I heard the little lady on the app wrong and started a minute early. Oops :) And then, I was so close to 2 miles I decided to keep going after the 25 minutes were up. That added 2 more minutes. We ended up running 2 miles in 28 minutes! That is absolutely amazing for me! With my past 16 minute miles, the 14 minutes was amazing! I felt good during it too! I don't think the pace was bad at all. for about a quarter mile at the end, I had a horrible stitch in my side, but it worked it's way out. My breathing was good, and I think my form is getting a bit better! Only 2 months until my 5K! I think I may be able to pull at least 45-50 minutes! This is so exciting! :)
