On a whim this evening, I decided to go ahead and complete Week 2 Day 3 of C25K. Unfortunately.....My shins are KILLING me! I have them iced down and up in the air. I way overdid myself. I need to finish the Chi Running book
pronto, so maybe I can keep this from happening!
I hate to say it, but....it was totally worth it! It feels so amazing to complete another week! After my legs begin to feel better, I will be starting week 3. For this week I will be running 1.5 min & walking 1.5 min X2 then running 3 min & walking 3min X2. I'm scared to death about the 3 min run. I am, however, excited to see what I can accomplish!! :)
