My past 2 runs have been so sluggish. I just have no energy... I tried to work a little on my speed tonight. I did a HALF-mile in 7 minutes. :) I was pretty proud. I shaved a minute off my time :) That was in my first 10 minute run though. My second 10 minute run was just, for lack of a better word, crappy. My right lower leg has been hurting since last friday. I thought maybe I could stretch/walk it out, but it hasn't happened yet. Doing Zumba yesterday was pretty painful, and then running on it tonight was just as bad. I can't exactly pin point the pain either. It's not on my calf, but it's not on my shin either. So, I iced it tonight, in the hopes it will feel better tomorrow. I was looking forward to Zumba tomorrow, but I am not sure if it will hurt it worse. Friday I have a 25 minute run and I want to be rested up for it! I am hoping my hubby will join me on my run! I am also looking forward to receiving these in the mail...
New headphones! And they are pink! My other headphones were chewed into five different pieces by this little thing...
She is so cute that I forgave her. :) It made a great excuse to get me cute, pink headphones anyway! :)
I guess I will see how my leg feels tomorrow. I really want to go to Zumba, so I hope it heals quickly! :)
Oh ick! I hate when your body is achy feeling but you aren't sure why. Hope you get to feeling better.
